Similar to the previous posting featuring diver Cristina Zenatoalias"The Shark Whisperer" removing a hook from a grateful shark's mouth. These videos are real eye-openers into the nature of animals such as eels and sharks; showing a gentler side from what we have learned to expect.
Or how about getting some hugs from a lioness? Sooo sweet!
....and you know, I'm not surprised by the affection shown by the animals in these videos. Our perception that humans have the monopoly on advanced emotions, such as Love, is dated.
On Thursday September 18th 2014, the Scottish people will vote in a referendum on whether or not they will remain part of the union with England, Wales and Northern Ireland - collectively known as the United Kingdom.

Voter registration has reached unparalleled numbers - 97% of Scotland's 4.2 million eligible voters. With an expected 85% of those who are registered, to actually cast their vote, on what could very well be, the most important question of their lives.

The pollsters are forecasting a win for the No side - however, the latest polls as of September 16th, show a very tight race, with 48% saying No; 44% saying Yes and 8% undecided. Keep in mind, only one month ago, the No camp was a full 20 points ahead of the Yes side!!!
The British government ( pro-union) is very worried about Thursday's vote - and justifiably so. It has made new promises to the Scottish people: promises to supply more money, more political freedom, more control over taxes, more of everything - provided of course, they remain within the United Kingdom.
The pro-independence, Scottish National Party, is arguing that it is too little - too late; that theNo side is desperate; and that Scotland would be better off with it's future in Scottish hands.

Regardless of the outcome; after September 18th, Scotlandwill never be the same.
