An enthralling documentary, examining the parallel society which lives in the heating tunnels, beneath the streets of Romania's bustling capital city - Bucharest.

 Here - a collection of addicts, orphans and street people, exist. In a place where they are left alone by the rest of society; where they are free to buy, sell and do drugs, without reproach. 

A place where one man, a former fighter, convict and orphan - known as Bruce Lee, rules them all.

Life is a very strange experience....and no proper blue print exists for it. What constitutes right and what is wrong? In Bucharest, there is a complete sub-culture which lives beneath the great city. It governs itself and asks for nothing in return. Here the rules of mainstream society do not apply....and illegal activities abound...

....and yet, scores of abandoned children, who would normally be left out on the streets to fend for themselves; against the elements and the wicked human predators, are kept in a reasonably safe environment. It is a very strange situation.

 Who are we to judge?
