Each piece of underwear is monogrammed VR ( Victoria Regina ) and serial numbered ( to keep track of when sent to the laundry ).

They are all hand stitched and apparently each one would have taken "days to make"....

............well DUHHH!!!

Look at the size of them!!!

• 50 inch waist  - BTW - when she ascended the throne at the age of 18, her waist was a mere 20 inches! ( less than a size 0 ) 
• 66 inch bust - I have no clear idea of what size that was when she was 18; but using the formula of E=MC 2   and then divided by speed of sound ( 768/mph ) - I shall venture to guess, that Her Majesty's dimensions were: 34/20/34 when 18 years old.

Victoria hated to wear the same thing twice, so there are plenty more where these came from!!!

There was even a nasty teenager by the name of Edward Jones, who in the 1800's, broke into Buckingham Palace multiple times...sat on the throne -"I didn't break the law! I am the law!" ; ate the food and was caught trying to steal some of Victoria's underwear. He was eventually exiled to Australia, after spending some 6 years in prison.
